Cancelling an order

Because every rug and clothing item is printed to order, we start production soon after you buy. You can cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Email contact@minalida.com with your order number and the word “cancel” in the subject line, or call +44 1632 276517 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time). We confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method; banks usually show it within 4 to 10 business days.

After 24 hours

Once printing has started we can no longer cancel, but you are still fully covered: when your order arrives, return it under the Refund and Returns Policy within 31 days of delivery for a free return and a full refund. If you email us after the 24-hour window and production has not actually started yet, we will still cancel for you.

Changing an order

To change the design, size (including clothing size), or delivery address, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes to the item itself are possible until printing starts; address changes are possible until dispatch.

Cancellations by Minalida

In the rare case that we cannot fulfil an order (for example a production fault we cannot fix in time), we will tell you by email and refund you in full straight away.

Every cancellation is confirmed by email. If you have not received a confirmation within one business day, email contact@minalida.com with your order number and we will check for you.
