Shipping Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up notification once your order has been dispatched.

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the UK. Expected delivery times for domestic orders are between 5-8 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or adverse weather conditions.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for your delivery.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at contact@minalida.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We aim for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at contact@minalida.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues individually and strive to find a satisfactory resolution.
