Shipping Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy applies to every order placed on minalida.com. Minalida is based at 13 Freeland Park, Poole BH16 6FH, United Kingdom. All prices on the site are in US dollars (USD).

Made to order

Every rug and clothing item is printed (or embroidered) and finished after you place your order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You receive an order confirmation email straight away and a dispatch email with a tracking number when your order leaves production.

Where we ship and how long it takes

Destination

Production

Delivery after dispatch

Cost

United Kingdom

3–5 business days

5–8 business days

Free, tracked

United States

3–5 business days

7–12 business days

Free, tracked

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, customs checks and severe weather can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimate, email us and we will trace it or send a replacement.

Duties and taxes

No VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. Orders to the United States are normally below the US$800 de minimis threshold and arrive without import duty. If a carrier ever charges you a duty or handling fee, send us the receipt and we will reimburse it.

Addresses

We cannot deliver to PO boxes; please give a street address. Check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email contact@minalida.com with your order number as soon as possible; we can change the address any time before dispatch. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you supplied, but we will always try to recover or redirect them.

Tracking

Your dispatch email contains the tracking number and a link. Allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Orders with more than one item

Rug sets usually travel rolled together in one parcel, and clothing ships separately from rugs. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you get a tracking number for each.

Damaged on arrival

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email contact@minalida.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will reprint and reship free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. See the Refund and Returns Policy for returns for any other reason.
