Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
minalida.com (the “Site”) is operated by Minalida, 13 Freeland Park, Poole BH16 6FH, United Kingdom (“Minalida”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@minalida.com or on +44 1632 276517, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we sell
We sell printed area rugs, runners, round rugs and rug sets, and casual clothing (hoodies, zip hoodies and fleece tracksuit sets). Every item is printed or embroidered to order after you buy it. Product pages describe the size, material, fit, care and production time of every item, and clothing pages include a size guide. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished product; we treat anything beyond a small shade difference as a defect covered by the Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless you switch the currency selector to GBP or EUR, in which case the converted price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States is free. No VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place the order and is processed by Stripe; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never seen or stored by us. The charge appears on your statement under the Minalida name.
If a price is obviously wrong because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot verify the payment or deliver to the address given, and will refund anything already paid.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Production takes 3 to 5 business days; delivery times, destinations and tracking are set out in the Shipping Policy. You can cancel free within 24 hours of ordering (Cancellation Policy) and return any rug within 31 days of delivery for a free return and a full refund (Refund and Returns Policy). Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
7. Age
You must be at least 18, or using the Site with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
8. Intellectual property
The rug designs, product photos, text and logos on the Site belong to Minalida or our licensors. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the design.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation or with other customers’ use of it.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If a problem arises, please contact us first; we aim to resolve every complaint within one business day.
