Every rug is printed to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then your order ships free with tracking: 5 to 8 business days to the UK and 7 to 12 business days to the US. You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

You can return any rug within 31 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange it for another design or size. We send you a free return label; there is no restocking fee. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

Email contact@minalida.com with your order number and the new address. We can change it any time before dispatch. After dispatch the carrier may be able to redirect; we will ask them for you.

Your dispatch email contains a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan. You can also see the status under My Account if you created one.

Email contact@minalida.com (we reply within one business day) or call +44 1632 276517, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. Our address is 13 Freeland Park, Poole BH16 6FH, United Kingdom.

Email contact@minalida.com straight away with your order number and the correct address. Because rugs are printed to order there is usually time to fix it before dispatch.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States, free of charge with tracking. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you are elsewhere, email us and we will tell you when your country is added.

Rug sets of two or three pieces are usually rolled together in one parcel. If a set has to ship in more than one parcel you get a tracking number for each.
